The gallery is available for lease as office space Monday through Friday. See photos below.

A cardboard privacy screen in the Main Street windows will make this the perfect spot for counseling appointments or other confidential meetings. Clients can enter from private rear parking lot with ADA side load parking and ADA ramp to gallery door.

Amenities:

  • ADA entrance ramps (front and rear)

  • ADA bathroom

  • ADA side-load parking in rear

  • EV charger in parking lot (use CC)

  • Kitchenette with fridge/freezer/icemaker and sink

  • Locked storage closet 22” deep x 17” wide x 79” high

  • Small shared storage space 5’ x 8’ for chairs/screen on weekends when gallery is open to the public.

  • Includes Xfinity Wifi and utilities (garbage, water, electricity)

  • west, east, and north exposure

  • $1,000/month, no minimum lease
